A site that leads with the studio's films and event photos
miis. is a creative PR studio for fashion and beauty brands in Amsterdam: seeding and creator relations, campaigns and content, launches and events, and market entry into the Netherlands.
We designed and built miisstudio.com, from the first commit through the studio's latest repositioning: a public site led by film, a blog the studio runs itself, a private admin with AI drafting, a client portal, and the SEO and analytics setup underneath.
The site went through 258 commits.

Five changes of position, and one site that had to keep up
miis. came to us with an outdated, generic website and a position that was still moving. Over the project it went from a studio for artists, to one for niche brands and creators, to a campaign studio for fashion, design and beauty, to a creative agency, and finally to a creative PR studio for fashion and beauty.
Every move changed the services, the copy, the page titles and the structured data search engines read. When the position is typed into each page by hand, every change leaves old wording behind, and outdated metadata can go unnoticed for months.
The studio set strict rules for its copy: short sentences, no exclamation marks, a list of banned words, one call to action, and every sentence had to survive the question "can you show me?"

The site in motion
This is the live miisstudio.com on desktop and on a phone. The hero film plays as it does on the site, then the page scrolls through the intro, the four services, the network card, the Instagram rail, the gallery, the journal and the footer.
One place to change the position, and film across the site
The position lives in a few shared constants: the studio's description, its four services and the navigation. Page titles, structured data, the web manifest and llms.txt all read from them, so the latest repositioning went in as 58 numbered, logged changes, with no page-by-page search for old wording.
Around that sits a site built on the studio's films and event photos: a loader that waits for the hero film, four services each with its own link, a seven-frame gallery, and a blog the studio publishes from its own admin.

What we built
The studio's films across the site
The studio's own short films run through the site: on the hero, in the About bands and behind the services. Each one is encoded twice, MP4 and WebM, with a poster frame, and attaches only when it comes into view.
Fast on slow connections and quick to reposition
In lab tests on a simulated Slow 4G connection, every route paints its largest element in 0.97 to 2.18 seconds, with layout shift at about zero.
After the last SEO pass, the home title runs to 58 characters, every description runs between 136 and 159 characters, and Google showed the new title and description word for word.
If the studio's position changes again, it edits the shared constants once, and the copy, metadata and structured data all follow.
