One product, one clear buyer
bare sells one product: a Ceylon cinnamon softgel, one a day with the first meal, in a pouch of thirty. It is for women who do everything right and still get the 3pm crash, the 9pm cravings and the same number on the scale.
We built the brand and the store: positioning from the research, a palette taken from the pouch, the wordmark, a headless Shopify store on bareherbs.com, the offer and its gifts, every line of copy, pricing for five markets, the order email and the tracking.
The store sells in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, with checkout on its own domain.

Most cinnamon brands sell the same softgel. She has stopped believing them.
The positioning came from a research package we read in full: 40 competitor landing pages, 1,589 tagged competitor ads, 206 video ads and 3,878 customer posts. Most of the market sells the same white-label softgel with the same story, the same pack ladder and, in two cases, the same reviewer names.
The buyer had noticed. She already knew the difference between Ceylon and cassia. What nobody gave her was a reason to trust one pouch over another, or a plan she could follow without being perfect.
The pages that held her attention did it with disease claims. bare had to compete with them while saying only what it could prove.

The store in motion
The live product page at bareherbs.com on desktop and on a phone: the buy box and packs, the copy in her words, the 3pm and 9pm scenes, the sugar rollercoaster explained, the 90-day plan and the label.
Her day first, the cinnamon second
The research suggested leading with Ceylon. The client's plain-language reading of the same material said to lead with her body, and the page follows it. It opens with a question about her day, then moves through short sentences and everyday scenes: the 3pm desk, the 9pm kitchen, the Monday scale.
Underneath is a headless build: static pages on Vercel, Shopify's Storefront API behind a proxy on bareherbs.com, real variants and real gift products, and checkout on checkout.bareherbs.com.
What we built
The pouch in her day
We cut over fifty everyday photos of the pouch from the owner's photo grids and set them as a moving strip for the page: the morning mug, the gym bag, the mountain top, the softgel in her hand.

The email after the order
We rebuilt Shopify's order confirmation in Liquid, in bare's type and colours. The free pouch and each gift show as their own lines, the saving is spelled out, and three steps say what happens next.

A light page, with tracking in place before launch.
bareherbs.com sells in five countries, with checkout on its own domain and an order email in bare's type and colours.
A speed pass cut the page from 3.1 MB to 484 KB. Lighthouse scores 100 on desktop and between 82 and 91 on a phone, up from 60.
Ads could run from launch: the pixel, its server endpoint and Shopify's own analytics were built before the store went live.
